Diversity in Leadership Ottawa

The Diversity in Leadership Ottawa (DLO) program seeks to increase diversity and enhance governance in non-profits and charities across the city. We address the diversity gap in governance structures by connecting qualified and trained candidates from under-represented groups to not-for-profit Boards.

DLO identifies, recruits and trains qualified individuals from diverse communities and then matches them to not-for-profit Boards.
